These puzzles might seem random at times, because it is very easy to score very highly with a spaghetti solution. Hhowever, in order to actually win the puzzle, you shouldn't be able to come up with a spaghetti solution. You'll have to find a reasonable solution that is at least some distance from the starting structure. This is our goal. We know roughly how far away the native is from the starting structure.
