Here's how to fix
1. Reload the problem file into your workspace
2. Perform a 1 iteration global operation, such as global wiggle, wiggle sidechains, etc.*
3. Rename the file to something VERY simple ( e.g. 8888.124 )
- - Do NOT run a recipe
Most Likely Causes
1. You aborted a recipe before it had time to finish
2. You are attempting to overwrite an identical file
3. You have used illegal special characters or formatting in your upload title.
