This puzzle is an alignment puzzle.

The templates provided for the alignment are results of automatic folding by Zhang server of this protein. This program is very sucessful in automatic proten folding ( Zhang lab).
Try all the templates or the ones you think are more likely and increased the score with all the tools you have: wiggle with or without bands, shake, rebuild. You can mixed the templates with partial threading.
At some point:
- you should try more view options, go to main menu, then general options then click on advanced GUI. You should then try to click on relative score to see the worst segments on your protein. You can also click on a segment then click on tab so see detail on the scoring of the segment ( score ) and disable the virtual band joining cutpoints in behavior menu.
- you should try selection interface.
