This puzzle is an alignment puzzle.

The templates provided for the alignment are results of automatic folding by Zhang server of this protein. This program is very sucessful in automatic proten folding ( Zhang lab).

Try all the templates or the ones you think are more likely and increased the score with all the tools you have : wiggle with or without bands, shake, rebuild. You can mixed the templates with partial threading.
